DESCRIPTION:This program contains musical influences from early 20th-century Paris. Darius Milhaud’s Le boeuf sur le toit captures the playful\, jazz-inflected energy of the French avant-garde\, while Maurice Ravel’s Piano Concerto in G Major pairs jazz influenced elegance and rhythmic sparkle.
