Keep the Music Rolling!

“We never have to worry about parking, traffic, or snow — the shuttle makes concert nights stress-free and fun!”

We need your support to continue offering the Concert Shuttle—a safe, low-cost way for our community to enjoy live music downtown. Last season, the shuttle provided over 800 rides. For many, it’s the only way to attend concerts comfortably. That’s why we started it: to make the arts accessible for all. Operating costs exceed $30,000 each season. A generous donor has already contributed $3,500—help us raise the remaining $26,500.

Every gift makes a difference:

  • $40 = one round-trip ride
  • $160 = rides for four people
  • $650 = shuttle for one concert
  • $2,000 = full night of shuttle service

If the shuttle has helped you enjoy the music, please consider making a gift today.

Concert Shuttle Info

Information is now updated for the 2025-26 season!

The Syracuse Orchestra is proud to offer concert shuttles in Camillus, Liverpool, and DeWitt that provide transportation to and from each of our Masterworks and Pops concerts.

HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE:

  1. Go to SyracuseOrchestra.org and click the “Buy Tickets” button for the concert for which you’re taking the shuttle.
  2. Click the “Buy” button next to the concert shuttle. We ask that you “Pay What You Can” for the shuttle. When you reserve your seat, you’ll have the option of paying as little as $5.00.
    • Our actual cost is $40.00 per person, so on weeks you can afford that amount – we appreciate it!
    • If you’d like to contribute more to help us provide the service to another patron, that would be amazing!
    • We will ask that you show your shuttle ticket to the shuttle monitor on each ride to ensure that patrons who sign up are guaranteed a seat.
  3. Choose which shuttle you’ll take, and the number of passengers in your party.
  4. If the shuttle is full, you’ll be alerted so that you don’t arrive expecting to have a seat. Any patron who has not pre-registered will be on stand-by, and provided with a seat if there is space or if a registered patron does not show up.

Please also feel free to call the Box Office at 315-299-5598 to register by phone.

Please Note:

  1. Arrival and departure times for the shuttle service vary between the Masterworks and Pops concerts and between different locations. Please double check the dates and locations to confirm the time that your shuttle will arrive at the pick up location.
  2. Because attendance can very from concert to concert, we’re not offering a shuttle pass for subscribers at this time. Please sign up for each shuttle as you plan to attend the concert.
  3. In keeping with our concert ticket policy, we are not able to refund your shuttle ticket if you change your mind. We can exchange it for a shuttle to an upcoming performance if space allows. Otherwise, your shuttle ticket will convert to a donation.
