TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY

Tickets can be exchanged up until the start of the concert you are scheduled to attend. We are unable to exchange tickets from past-dated concerts.
If you are exchanging into a more expensive section or concert, you will be charged the difference in price. Any special offers used for the initial purchase may not apply to exchanges.
If you are exchanging into an equal or less expensive seating section, the tickets will be exchanged for equal value.
Tickets cannot be exchanged into future seasons. Ticket exchange credit can only be used for tickets within the same season, and will expire at the end of the season with no refund.
Instead of exchanging, you may instead donate your tickets (and receive a receipt for tax purposes).
To exchange or donate tickets, contact our box office at 315-299-5598 or at info@syracuseorchestra.org. You may also exchange your tickets in person, either at the concert directly beforehand or during the week at our office (450 South Salina St #100, Syracuse, NY 13202).
