Syracuse Orchestra Unlimited members receive a personalized discount code that can be used to order tickets for each concert. Individual memberships, good for 1 adult ticket to each concert, are $19.99 per month. Family memberships, good for 2 adult tickets and 2 children’s tickets to each concert, are $29.99 per month.

How does it work?

  • Syracuse Orchestra Unlimited members receive a personal code, which can be used to get access any Syracuse Orchestra series concert (Masterworks, Pops, Casual, Candlelight, Kids – special events are not included).
  • Members can use their discount code to get tickets through The Syracuse Orchestra website, in person, or via phone.
  • For concerts at the Crouse Hinds Theater with assigned seating, members can select their seats for each performance. Membership includes all seating areas except Boxes and Mezzanine Section A (the front two rows of the mezzanine).
  • Monthly membership premiums are debited from your bank account on (or about) the 15th of each month.
  • Memberships can be cancelled at any time by contacting our box office. However, if you have any tickets for future concerts when you cancel your membership, you will be asked to either pay full price for the tickets or they will be returned to inventory.

  • Avoid ticket fees: Ticket fees are waived on additional single tickets purchased in person or by phone throughout the season.
  • Advanced access for Special Event tickets: Receive pre-sale access before Special Event tickets go on sale to the general public.
  • FREE and easy ticket exchanges if you need to miss a performance (upgrade fees may apply if your seating area changes).
  • Receive invitations to attend select rehearsals throughout the season.
  • Bring Friends, Get a Discount: Your subscription includes a Syracuse Orchestra “Buy One, Get One” voucher, valid for the entire season. Use yours to grow the Syracuse Orchestra family!
