DIRECTIONS

From Auburn and points west
  • Take Route 5 East toward Syracuse
  • In Syracuse, continue on West Genesee Street for approximately 4 miles
  • Cross Salina Street at Clinton Square
  • Turn right onto Oswego Boulevard for one block
  • Slight left onto Erie Boulevard East
  • Take first right onto South State Street for 3 blocks
  • Take slight right onto East Onondaga Street
  • Turn left onto Madison Street and continue for one block
From Cortland and points south
  • Take I-81 north toward downtown Syracuse
  • Take Exit 17 toward South Salina Street/Brighton Avenue
  • Continue straight
  • Turn right onto South Salina Street and continue for approximately 2 miles
  • Turn right onto East Onondaga Street for one block
  • Turn slight right onto Madison Street for one block
  • Mulroy Civic Center will be on the left
From Utica and points east
  • Take I-90 west, NYS Thruway to Exit 36 and merge on I-81 south
  • Take I-81 south toward downtown Syracuse
  • Take Exit 18 for Harrison Street and proceed right onto Harrison Street
  • Turn right onto State Street (Route 11)
  • Proceed one block north to the Mulroy Civic Center
From Central Square, Cicero and points north
  • Take I-81 south toward downtown Syracuse
  • Take Exit 18 for Harrison Street and proceed right on Harrison Street
  • Turn right onto State Street (Route 11)
  • Proceed one block north to the Mulroy Civic Center

The Syracuse Orchestra no longer offers pre-paid parking.

Information for some parking options is provided below. You may also try one of the lots owned by Syracuse Parking Services, or any available street parking downtown.

Enter the parking garage from Montgomery Street, between Madison and Harrison. The entrance will be on your right.

Syracuse Orchestra VIP patrons may park directly across the street from Oncenter Crouse Hinds Theater with a specially issued VIP parking permit. Limited parking spaces are also available for patrons who have a Handicap placard.

INSPIRATION HALL

The Syracuse Orchestra’s new offices are located in Inspiration Hall. Stop by during the week to purchase tickets, or attend one of the many concerts we perform there each season!

During our regular box office hours (9:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday), parking is available in the back lot of Inspiration Hall, off of E Willow Street. This lot is usually not available for use during performances, so here are some neighboring lots you can use when attending a concert. Nearby street parking is sometimes available as well.

Enter off of E Willow St, next to Victory Temple Fellowship Church.

ARISE Adaptive Design Lot

635 James Street

Located behind ARISE Adaptive Design, across Catherine St from Inspiration Hall. The entrance is off of E Willow St.

Vera House Lot

Located behind the building off of E Willow St, directly next to Inspiration Hall’s parking lot.
