Here’s what’s in store:
5:30 PM: Greenhouse Exploration & Picnic Setup Begins
Wander through the breathtaking Carol Watson Greenhouse, immerse yourself in its beauty, and choose the perfect spot on the lawn. Bring along your favorite food and drinks to enjoy picnic-style—there will not be food or beverages for sale at the event.

6:00 PM: Optional Picnic Competition Judging
Think your picnic spread could be prize-worthy? Unleash your creativity for a chance to impress our judges! The competition is completely optional, but those who enter could win one of three prize packages that include free Orchestra tickets. Whether you compete or simply enjoy your own picnic, all are welcome.

7:00 PM: Live Performance by The Syracuse Orchestra String Quartet
Settle into your lawn chairs (don’t forget to bring them!) and prepare to be captivated by a special performance from The Syracuse Orchestra String Quartet. Diane Jones of WCNY will be your host for this exclusive sneak peek, offering a taste of the extraordinary music awaiting you in the coming season.

Shop for a Cause
The Carol Watson Greenhouse will be open for shopping throughout the evening, and here’s the best part: 10% of all your purchases will be donated directly back to The Syracuse Orchestra. It’s the perfect opportunity to find something special while supporting the arts in our community.
