How much do gift certificates cost?

We offer gift certificates that can be exchanged for one concert ticket for $50, or two concert tickets for $100.

Do gift certificates expire?

Gift certificates are valid for one year after the date of issue.

What can I use a gift certificate for?

You can redeem a gift certificate for any one or two seats of your choosing to any regular season concert, with the exception of box seats in the Oncenter Crouse Hinds Theater and tickets to some special events (including Star Wars: A New Hope in Concert). Concerts that take place after the gift certificate expires are eligible as long as tickets for it are being sold at the time the certificate is redeemed.

How do I redeem a gift certificate?

Gift certificates can be redeemed by calling our box office at (315) 299-5598. You can also redeem a gift certificate in person by visiting our office at 709 James Street during the week (Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM), or at the concert venue immediately before each concert. Gift certificates are not able to be redeemed online.

How can I be sent a gift certificate?

You can select a delivery method during checkout when ordering a gift certificate online. If you would like a physical certificate sent to you, select “Ship” and it will be mailed to the given address within 1-2 business days (adding a $2 delivery fee). Selecting “Email” will automatically send the details of the gift certificate to the given email address as soon as the order is completed. Gift certificates are not able to be held at will call.

What if I can’t use a gift certificate?

No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used gift certificates. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value.
