MEET THE ORCHESTRA
JULIE BRIDGE | horn
Julie Bridge is Third/Associate Principal Horn of The Syracuse Orchestra. She previously held the same position with the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra, where she was a member beginning in 1994. In 2016, she was featured as a soloist with the orchestra, performing Mozart’s Symphonie Concertante, and served as Acting Principal Horn from 2012 to 2022.
Beyond her work in Syracuse, Julie has performed with the Dallas, San Antonio, Buffalo, Albany, Harrisburg, Fort Worth, Grand Rapids, and Erie orchestras.
A native of Kent, Ohio, Julie earned her Bachelor of Music degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music and her Master of Music degree from Southern Methodist University. She lives in DeWitt, New York, with her husband, Rob.
